Delivery and Dispatch

DELIVERY AND DISPATCH:

Third World TrAid committed to excellent customer service and understands the importance of fast and safe delivery to you. To ensure that all our orders are delivered safely in the shortest time possible we use Tracked Delivery service for all Standard and Express Delivery.

Some of our products take longer to make than others so on each page you’ll see an estimated delivery time. However, delivery time is within 3-5 days after placing an order, unless you opt for Express Delivery with delivery time for next working day.

Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the next working day. If we are unable to ship your goods within this timeframe we will inform you whenever possible.

We cannot change your order (product, size, colour, address) once it has been shipped.

DELIVERY:

  • Standard UK delivery £2.80
  • Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £50
  • Delivered within 3-5 working days.
  • Express Delivery £5.95 (Next Day Delivery)
  • Delivery is only available Monday-Friday.
  • International Delivery £13.95
  • Delivered within 5-10 working days

Please allow an extra delivery day for delivery to Northern Ireland and addresses in the northern part of Scotland.

DAMAGES:

Every order that we send from office is carefully inspected.

Should you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to:

Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the packaging and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.

It’s normal for the carton to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following:

  • If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel but make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt, sign and date it.
  • If the carton looks seriously damaged, you may refuse your order. Under this circumstance, please contact us immediately.

When you contact our Customer Service Team, please provide your order number (this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail). We will do our best to refund your purchase amount as soon as we receive the returned item. Your order will be cancelled so that you can place a new order.
